"I cannot sing the praises of our recent delivery of shell from Carroll’s enough. Our driver was John Boykins and he was amazing! He backed into our narrow gate without any issue. Once he got in and went to empty the delivery we realized it was the wrong size. John didn’t balk about making the switch for one second. He didn’t even wince and it was 4pm on a Friday. He was so pleasant and accommodating. I know I would have at least rolled my eyes. He just closed the doors and said I’ll be right back no problem. He came back within 20 min and again eased into the space and dropped the shell without a hitch. I hope that Carroll’s knows what a fabulous employee they have."

"Amazing service at the office location in St Pete! I was sent home with a small supply of the rock I was interested in at no charge so I could show it to my spouse and view it in our space before the 8 yards arrived. We decided on the Cedar Bark Stone and the rock is sooo beautiful!! The rock does come quite dusty but after this weekends rain, it is now cleaned and beautiful! Thanks Carroll's for the wonderful service from office visit to delivery."

"Stay away from this company at all cost! Bad service and they don't honor their commitments. My neighbor used them for a simple driveway repair. The truck they used leaked TOXIC hydraulic fluid all over our street and in front of my home. They apologized and said the truck had done this before. They agreed to fix their mess but have been unresponsive after many calls. Kids shouldn’t play near this stuff. Very disappointing and disturbing. Would Mark like it if the mess was in front of his home on his street?"

"You want rocks? Don't waste your time going anywhere else. We had been searching far & wide for just the right boulder. We wound-up there almost 2 hours since they had such an incredible selection. The guys were helpful and friendly but don't expect anyone to hold your hand walking the yard. This is an incredible operation. Once we took our pics, we went to the office and Alex Alvarez helped us with pricing - very knowledgable and friendly - a great guy. You will need to have a decent idea of how much the rock weighs to get a feel for the total cost. We got our delivery 2 days later - the driver, named Darius was an absolute rock star (pun intended!). We was super nice and made sure our rock (Carribbian Sunset) was perfectly placed. Again, you need rocks? This is absolutely the place to go...we'll be back!!!"

"We had a great experience with Carroll's Building Materials from the time of scheduling to the time of delivery. We had 12 yard of white marble chips delivered by Ken from St. Petersburg to Palm Harbor. Ken was very courteous and prompt. I recommend Carroll's Building Materials."
