My installer picked up windows and started the work, the main front window was sent wrong size. He double checked the measurement and his email sent by Jody and everything checked out. Jody will not fix her mistake. We are now stuck with the wrong size window. BAD BUSINESS!"

"We are a Aluminum company. We buy alot of material from Jody and Ron. I can tell you right now they are awesome and helpful. They also work with you to have your material ready when you call ahead. Just wish corporate would quit raising prices 10% every year. As far as another post saying jodi isnt helpful, they are way wrong. When your not a company she has to be careful as far as advice. They sell not install and if she tells to much she can get in trouble. But Both are great people and will help all they can."
