You absolutely do need one. We were lucky that Steve in receiving was able to help us out and take our truck, or we would have to wait till next day to get unloaded. Thank you Steve! "Nestled in The Tradeport Industrial complex in the southeast corner of Orlando Florida lies, what has to be, the most piece of shirt location of all Colony Hardware locations.(I apologize the the Noble employees of West Palm and Myrtle) These people had me wait all day to unload 3/4 of material because they "had no room, were understaffed and were unaware that my particular delivery was on that day". Regardless of all that was claimed to be, they wound up placing the material outside; a day after I waited around for them to receive the product. NO other truck but me showed for the entire day!!! Only one LTL and some very scattered customer p/u 's. And the pallets in front of the roll up door were still there from the day before the following day Only 18 pieces of material were brought inside! I even offered to help. I'm Osha and Forklift certified and self insured. They would nt even look me in the eye, Scumbags that they are. In the end I was reimbursed for my time and hotel. Nonetheless, if you are an owner operator how would you feel if you had to wait all day in the heat at idle with todays Petrol prices? Avoid this place people. All Praise be to Allah The Most Beneficent The Most Merciful Had my eyes been blue it might have been a different story. Beware is all. Safe"
