"This company has a contract with DR Horton to replace defective doors in Horton’s new homes. Was told closet door will be delivered 8/15 and installed 8/17. Received call from Builders FirstSource on 8/9 and voice mail was garbled. Returned call 8/10 & 8/11, left voice mails. No return call. Waited from 8am until delivery at 4:30pm for door 8/15. Door delivered was FILTHY and looks used. Door is beige and closet doors are white. Driver stated door must be painted. Horrific customer service!"

"The prices are really good but the customer service is garbage. I was told material would be delivered one day and it showed up 3 days later, not even my complete order. They had the material on the truck but said it wasn’t my material. Had issues with 2 of the 6 doors that I ordered so having them rebuilt. They were supposed to pick up the 2 that were wrong on Tuesday, it’s now Friday. They don’t give a time frame for drop off or pick up. I have wasted days waiting on material from this company after they have billed me. They tell me that they will be there sometime after lunch. No call to inform me they are on there way or a window of a time frame. Extremely dissatisfied with them. Even if the material is cheaper I have lost time and more money because of their inconsistency. Will Not use them again."
