"I used the Pro Desk for the first time at the Home Depot in Kissimmee, Florida. What a great service! The Pro group is a referral service of outsource local contractors that are already vetted for consideration by Home Depot. This is Jim in the photo who works in the Pro section, and is amazing! To start, he explained how to register a project online, and was impressive as he helped me filling in the details. Once posted I had inquiries from contractors in less than 5 minutes, and enough to make a decision within an hour at home. The job was scheduled for the next morning! A+"

"terrible, Had only one person at the help/return/pro desk had to wait 25mins to return $12 worth of items. When explained to the employee, she gave me an attitude and told me I just had to wait because she was by herself. Will go to Lowe's from now on."
"Really great crew had several different interaction with just a bit of everyone. Most of them went over the top to help us load 3000 lbs of lumber in 3 different trips. EXECPT one of the pro loader crew, man had nothing but bad attitude suggested that all 4 of us unload 200 2x4 by hand only to not help and stand to the side as will as try to load a broken 2x4 that he broke when he cut the strap. Man was unprofessional and was not a good representation of the homedepot team"
