"The store was organized. Only one cashier working with more than 12 customers in line. Rude store manager and very disrespectful to her cashiers. (Milly) My wife and I were in the checkout line and she so rudely approached her one cashier yelling that she had to stay after hours because the other cashier called out. The cashier very kindly informed her that she could not stay because she needed to pick up her children. The manager if that's what you can call her, she started yelling and threatening the cashier to reduce her hours and find another cashier to replace her. Horrible manager and experience. I am a store manager and I would never treat my employees that way. A manager is a leader, not a dictator. However, the cashier Nicole was nice"
"Nothing is ever stocked. Freezers stay empty because they never work. Everytime it rains they have buckets sitting everywhere to catch the water. The ceiling is torn in some places. The floors are always sticky and dirty. It’s a shame because I live 3 minutes away and it would be nice to come to this dollar tree. I hope they get everything fixed and stocked or new management. :("
"Dollar tree is as advertised...1.00 dollar for everything and everyone! They have pretty much everything you need plus food items and frozen items..ice cream, frozen dinners, hand soap liquid sofsoap and refills, bodyvwashes, clothing, candles as well as plates and utensils and cookware not the top of the shelf items but for a buck it will make you smile...not alot of employees but its understood to keep a low overhead for the inventory to be 1.00! They even have cash back not free its 1.00 as well ...go in take your time and enjoy..that part is free!"
"If you read my reviews you know by now that I love to shop at Dollar Tree. I have shopped Dollar Tree stores from the East Coast to the West Coast and everywhere in between. The store layout and items stocked are very similar AND everything is $1.00 (one dollar). This is my favorite Kissimmee Dollar Tree. The people are friendly, the store is large, it is always well stocked and the checkout lines are short. What more can you ask for?"
