"Old-fashioned customer service. We had screening & a roof added to an large existing patio. The guys did what initially appeared to be a very good job, but the first rainstorm showed water flowing backwards under the roof overhang onto the screening & the patio floor. The first attempt to fix it didn't work. I thought I was going to have a big problem because we had already paid in full. Working with Jay, we came up with a solution. "Called and got an appointment for an estimate to have our Add on room replaced, they got back to me in a timely manner and then stated I did not need to be home to come look at it. When the man came out, he went into the backyard and never took a ladder to get on top of the roof. The next morning he called me, I called him back and he was slurring his words and told me they couldn’t do the job but had no explanation, he said he sent his boss pictures and they said it was to much work. I called the company and spoke to the boss and asked for the pictures, no one has pictures and still no explanation. When I explained he didn’t even take a ladder in the yard he asked me how I knew that if I wasn’t there, I explained we have cameras. He then got lost in his words and just said sorry we just can’t do it. Very unprofessional on both the evaluation and on management side to deal with an issue."
