"I called looking for some regular strength half-inch drywall. And I specified, not the lightweight stuff. They assured me that they had it. So I made a 35 mile trip up there, and was sold six sheets, but everything they had was clearly marked lightweight. So either they don't know what they're doing, or they lied because they were too lazy to actually check. Will not return back. I have no tolerance for incompetence."

"Been buying our fence boards here for over 20 years. Great quality. Unfortunately the ones purchase 23 years ago are needing replaced...wouldn't go to anyone else!! The only thing better than their quality would be a lifetime warranty! LOL While the front desk folks are not personality plus, I am there to purchase boards. They are serious, focused despite the constant interruptions, know their business and will help you with what you need. I would rather that than a jukin' and jivin' salesperson at a big box store - which carries lumber quite inferior to LLT."

"First time here. I think everyone's second time around will be better than the first. You have to walk around a bit to find the sales center. Once there, they have lots of items to look through. The front staff was a little gruff as was the gentleman cutting my lumber to fit in my vehicle. There was no discussion of price, and I was not able to find prices on the web site to begin with (in the end, price was reasonable). I think most people don't get anything cut here and do it themselves. My thought would be, if you need some lumber items and know what you want, show up with a vehicle that can ferry it and you should be good to go. These guys don't come off as the "let me walk you around and show you what we got" employees."
