"Where do I start? The product that was sold to me, while it is beautiful, is a terrible product. Flimsy, weak, unstable planks. Has been installed per PVC directions, after 8 months started to sag and bend. Tried contacted them…. ZERO response. I paid $15999 for the product, meaning not including installation and the costs incurred with that process. Contacted the installer who said they contacted their middle man Father and Sons out of brooksville. All of this is terrible customer service, inferior product. I am one step Short of contacting an attorney….. buyer beware… investigate where your fencing is coming from…."

"Samantha in the office was super helpful and efficient getting my order placed and available for pick up. Everything was ready in a timely fashion and they were very understanding when it took me a little longer to pick up than I expected. But even 30mins before close on a Friday Matt was very careful, friendly and accommodating loading my Pickup. Ryans ReSod will definitely be back for our next fence installation. Spoke to Sharise and she rather keep me on the phone arguing with me then to give me a price to see if i wanted to proceed to place in order. I explained to her its 3 boxes of picket caps and she explained to me she need to make sure I knew what I was speaking about lady I have been doing this for over 18 years I know what caps are made for what pickets."
