"We’ve been wanting a screen room added to our house for a while now. We started shopping around and comparing local companies and decided on Tri County after meeting the owner. Jim is a great guy and very professional. It took a few months for the material to come in but it was worth the wait. His crew was amazing!!! Adam and Mark did an awesome job!!! The room looks great and they made sure of it. We plan on building again soon and are hoping to have them install our pool enclosure when that time comes. We couldn’t be happier!!! They did such a great job on the screen room and were so nice we had them come back and put gutters on the front and back of the house. "We booked this contractor in May of 2021. The pool got finished 13 months later in June of 2022. The installers were very nice guys and worked hard to make sure the install was done right. When I did talk to the people in the office they were also very nice. I really am not that concerned about the amount of time it took to get our project completed because the building industry is still suffering from supply issues and labor issues. My industry is having major labor issues, so this is a reality. The reason I gave them a four is because giving me regular updates would have helped with any anxieties which delays can cause. Communication is an important factor in a construction climate riddled with delays and set backs. Please set up avenues of regular communication with your customers. Are we happy with their work? Extremely happy. Would we contract them again. We probably will when we screen in our front, but I will ask for better communication concerning delays."
