"Paid a lot of money for a vinyl fence that wasn't level and the dirt they took out for the poles was all over the place. The installers even dumped a lot of the dirt in my flower beds along the house burying two of my sprinkler heads. I contacted a customer service rep about it and she requested pictures. After sending her pictures she said what the installers did was unacceptable and put a work order in to have all the dirt removed. Well, that was over two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. I had to rake up the dirt that these terrible installers placed in the flower beds and had to rake it out of the grass and put it along the fence. It's now inches deep and wide along the fence. I also have a gap between two panels in one section of fence. I should have ordered the fence from Lowes or Home Depot and just did the work myself."
