"As many know a Homeowners Association can be a royal pain, I had replaced my Garage Door and the installed Door was white from the factory, received a notice from the HOA that my door didn’t conform to the rest of the neighborhood which I was aware of but time was an issue and couldn’t get it painted at the time after install, after receiving the notice instead of being hounded by the HOA again later down the road I went to Google to locate a House/Garage painter, first one to pop up was Pasco/Tampa House Painting Company, a 4.8 out of 5 star reviews showed me they were doing something right to get high rankings, read some previous reviews and saw a lot of positive feedback reviews, I was sold, called the number, talked to Derek and explained the situation and my main objective and he was very professional, knowledgeable, he told me they could get it painted today (12/22/23) after I called 2 days earlier, they came while I was at work and knocked it out, after I got home and saw the finished results I was legit blown away, color matches the rest of the house( just fresher) and they did an amazing job, left no messes, don’t waste your time searching for anyone else, if you need it painted they will get it done, highly recommended, will be contacting them again to give my whole home a refresher on the exterior as it’s been 15 years since it was originally painted when bought new."

"We took a hard hit from hurricane Idalia and got 16 inches of water throughout the house. It's incredibly hard to get contractors to just show up, look at the work needed done and get a reasonable quote, let alone come back and do the job. However, Momber and Son delivers for us every time. We needed drywall work and painting done. I gave Derek a call, we used him before and were quite happy. Derek arrived in a day or two to look over the house, give an account of the work needed and delivered an estimate shortly afterwards that we all agreed on. The three man crew arrived and tore out all the wet drywall and baseboards. It took longer for the interior of the walls to dry out than it did to do all the work, but this was a necessary recommendation. For health and safety concerns, a black mold repellent was used and it sure did the trick. The guys hung and textured the new drywall. They finished by painting the walls and baseboards, and now it looks better than before the storm. The last part was a complete walk through with Derek. We looked at every part of the job together. I am very satisfied with Momber and Sons timely and professional work. I would highly recommend Derek Momber for your drywall and painting jobs."
