"Was having an issue trying to match an outdated brand of paint that I had. ( olypmic one) At first took the picture of the can and label to lowes where I had originally gotten it. The lady had no idea what was comparable to and had to ask " a paint rep guy" who seemed very disinterested and hardly looked and just spat out a name and brand. Went home tried it was very displeased awful coverage and lap marks. Shouldn't have any as it was a small maybe 12' x 12' area. There ahould have been a wet edge the entire time. That was valspar signature fyi. Went over to the ppg store and Richard was wonderful. Couldn't help by the label and picture as he was striving perfection. Had the can brought to me and he went through colors and samples swipes and was putting them next to the drip marks on the can. Found one that seemed perfect. Even was taking it outside to compare in sunlight. Perfect it was ny the end i couldn't even tell what was a prior drip and what was a swipe sample next to it. I just put one coat on over the valspar signature and what a difference. I am so thrilled and pleased. I really couldn't be happier. From one perfectionist to another you have my thanks and future business once I clear out the paints that I currently have."
