Ok, thats fine, I guess, so I called in to make a payment and NOPE! the very poor speaking person on the phone would not take a payment and no solution was possible. Hey if you guys dont want to be paid there are plenty of others who love doing business with contractors. We simply went across town and problem solved. And I just left there today, we put together an $800,000+ deal. So again, thanks for wasting our time. And hey if you need a credit card payment method maybe try square or even paypal."

"ABC Supply Ocala charged me DOUBLE the manufacturers price for 3 items. What the manufacturer sells on their website for $20 each+tax, ABC Supply Ocala charged me a 100% markup price of $40 each+tax. I would give them 1/2 a star if possible and then only because they had what I needed for an in-progress roof replacement. Based on the above, I do not recommend ABC Supply Ocala."

"Arrived at 7am. Got right to work. Had us unloaded within a half hour. Very friendly. Then proceeded on to the neighbors and had them done in a half hour. Took all the mess with them and they were on their way. Excellent job"

"My husband went into store looking for Soffit and fascia materials for our IRMA damaged home. He had been a contractor for over 30 years in Delaware dealing with ABC. Figured go to this Ocala Florida store. Wow what a rude awakening. 3 sales people behind counter. 1 customer. He asked to see sample and color selections Rude girl asked other 2 salesmen to no reply. She bolted across showroom to a back room with a wall of heavy metal display pages. Yelled to my husband this is all I have. He walked backed to her and she abruptly said I have to get back to counter. The racks were so tightly spaced he couldn't hardly see samples. So as he was leaving the store he looked over to the counter 1 salesmen no customers and the dizzy blonde no where to be found. Salesmen never said anything to my husband. He got home called ABC corporate Talked to Dawn who assured him district manager would call. NOT. That's ok ABC just like during the recession Things will tighten up again and you'll be glad to see a customer walk through the door. We've taken our money and went elsewhere"
