"One of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with professionally. Hired through Home Depot to install floors in two buildings. Came out for less than hour and were supposed to remove old flooring and then look for defects. Removed one 12"x12" tile, "looked at levels" and said they couldn't do the job because it was too uneven, although old, buckled tiles were never removed. Never even looked at levels in other building and didn't remove any of the tiles. Tried to communicate with them repeatedly through calls, texts, and email, got nothing. Just a useless company that is lazy. Never use them. If you hire Home Depot for a flooring job, ensure they do not use USIG."
