"I was disappointed with my interaction with the branch manager, I thought he was rude. I was able to get the parts I wanted but it took 3 days. Order was wrong when I ordered the parts the first time. Took another day to get the right parts. 3 days total and too many trips."

"This is the worst place people can go into. Very unprofessional. Not able to deliver what is promised. I ordered two infrared thermometers and the employee didn't seemed to have any idea about it. I had to show them actual picture to them so that they can recognize device. I was supposed to receive a callback under 1 week but never got one. when I called to inquire, guess what, they were not able to know what infrared thermometer is. This store needs some serious changes."
