"We bought some Riverside Engineered Vinyl Planks by LW Flooring through ProSource of Orlando in March of 2017 after a recommendation by the ProSource sales department. We were originally going to install wood-look tile flooring but we’re convinced to go with this product instead. I wish we would have gone with the wood-look tile. We ended installing this product over roughly 2700 sq feet and this product scratches extremely easily. In less than a years time we have a significant amount of visual scratching on this floor from very light use. We have 2 adults and 2 small children living in the house with no pets. We tried to file a warranty claim since the product is supposed to have a lifetime residential warranty. But LW Flooring wouldn’t accept the claim so we’re stuck with a $17,000 flooring project that has considerable scratching after less than a year of light use. I would not recommend this product or this company."
