I had an issue with paying for trip online and called to speak with someone and the issue was resolved over the phone in a timely manner. Able to pay monthly and it's great. No issues since then so it's very much appreciated."

"My daughter had a school trip canceled due to COVID-19. The school requested refunds to the parents. After over a month of waiting I finally received my refund minus 24.00. I understand that this is a non-refundable fee. But this trip was canceled at no fault of the parents. This isn’t a great way to show that you care about your customers by taking money away from them due to no fault of their own. If the school uses this company again for a field trip my child won’t be attending. Because i won’t give my money to this company ever again."

This trip I planned from beginning to end and had the same tremendous experience. Mrs. Speight with reservations was patient and very helpful with all aspects of the reservation process. When we were ready for our trip the buses were on time and came to the right location. Mr. Jimmy and Mr. Matthew were both well informed of our itinerary.
