"They delivery Subway coupons in your mail without any restriction for the subs you can order, and then, after you order the sandwiches, and go to the cashier to pay, they inform your subs are not included on coupom and the only subs included are the ones listed on a small sign on the counter at begining of line!!! From the moment there is "no restrictions" on coupom you received, the correct would be to add information on over the head menu with prices for each kind of sub that isn't included on any coupom, because is the only thing you read when you are ordering, not a small sign on the counter. When the people start to cancel the order after discover that their subs are not included on coupom, maybe you guys learn how to work correctly!!!"

"Update 11-29-22 - younger white guy behind counter completely ignored us while he was getting loaves of bread ready. After a couple minutes we spoke to him and he still ignored us even though he knew we were there. We asked him if anyone else was working, he just glanced our way but still never said a word. We left and got a Publix sandwich. Way to go to that guy! 5 stars down to 1 star. Update 6-2-22 - grabbed a couple sandwiches here after picking up some items in the store. Sandwiches were great and the girl serving us was super friendly. 12-14-21 We get sandwiches here quite regular but never left a review. Always have been good and fresh with friendly people."

"Customer service was great! Outside of that, the food was ok. Not like I used to remember. Sandwich was very thin and slim on toppings, but will possibly give them another go in the future."

"Last night we ordered a steak and cheese footlong with extra meat. Paid for the extra meat. It was perfect. Fell in love with the sandwich so ordered it for dinner again tonight . This time I payed for the extra meat but got the regular amount. I am very disappointed and this is not the first time this particular location has done this. When I tried to call the store to voice my concerns the voice-mail picked up immediately only to say that the box was full. This location either never listens to these voice-mail or never answers their phone when we call. We were so annoyed with this location that we started ordering from the island subway. Unfortunately they closed that location and now we are stuck with this one. It is a shame though because we love Subway.but after this we will never use this location again."
