"I was told that this place was a great place to go for pedicure, so I thought I would try it. Upon arrival a very young lady came to get me. I decided to choose the more expensive pedicure. I was very disappointed with her service. She was more interested in watching what was on TV. When she did my toe nails she never cut the corners to take off the sharp points even after asking her to. Never once pulled out a file to file them down. One foot she put 3 coats on and the other only 2. For the price they charged I expected better. After sitting there to let them dry, I went to get my sandals to put them on and the owner had to tell her to go help put them on. She was lounging in a chair. Very disappointed."

"We went there last Friday to get my mani and pedí, my daughter (6 years old girl) and me. After the ladies were taking care of me, I realized they were in a hurry because they needed to leave to meet some friends, so they did the worst mani and pedí that can be done. The quality and the service are very bad, and I am totally disappointed with this place. I asked to remove gel from feet and hands without scraching my nail. Their answer was that in that way is gonna take too long (look the pic of my foot toe). I told the cashier that the service and quality are not good. He did not care. He charged me the whole amount, and he smiled (pretending that he doesn't understand english) So, I ended up paying a total of $80: $35 for gel mani (for me), $30 for removing my feet nails gel -see pic - no polish and no gel, (they don't even cut my nails right, see that they are still super long) and $15 for my daughter's regular mani. I wish I could have my money back. All is awful! By the way, they charged a fee if you pay with a debit card (no one told me that when I walked in) ... so, the total was: $82.40. I wasted my money, my time, and my energy in that place."

"$TIPPED $10.00 BUT I'M ONE AND DONE... I was gifted a $20.00 gift card to use towards a acrylic fill-in no repairs on my natural natural nails. The filling in was $35.00. None of my nails were shaped the same. Some were coffin and some were square oval and some were square. My pedicure was $25.00 and my toe nails weren't cut the same length on my feet. The polish on my feet was poorly done and the pedicure was performed in a rough matter. I"

"Not only was the service horrible. But I GOT FUNGUS!!!! Now I have to walk around covering my feet and my hands for the HOLIDAYS!!! I am 36 years old and I started doing my bails at 16 years old in NYC when a set went from $15 to $20 dollars and NEVER HAVE I EVER had fungus!!! I saw my toe nail when they removed the gel color and still did nothing just cover it back up. I was concern but they are the “experts” I cut it off until I could not no more, started to use tea tree and I went elsewhere to do my nails and I am so glad I did! I discovered this as well on my hands!!!!!! They were the real experts and told me what to do and told me not to cover it with nothing and how to treat it. I am BEYOND DISGUSTED!!!!!!!"

"I have been coming here for years and the service is just getting worse and worse. After today I will not be back. I asked for my daughter to have a full pedicure, they only painted her toes and were still going to charge me the full thing, I had to ask again for her to have the full service done. She’s easy going and isn’t a complicated child. I was having my nails done also, while my son helped with my baby, and I had to ask multiple times for coffin shape. After getting nowhere, I decided to stop asking since I figured I would do it myself when I got home. It started pouring down rain and they rushed me out, so I didn’t do a full check on the nails, they are all uneven. It is not my job to check to see if they are correct. I asked for what I wanted and they couldn’t even handle that. I will not be back."
