"I was very nervous to try this place out because of the mixed reviews but my tech was attentive, timely, nice, and I am happy with my pedicure. I walked in on a whim without a scheduled appointment and I think I was the first person of the day so no wait. They didn’t have a “menu” with prices which I thought was strange but I’ve paid more for the care I received and was pleased with the work."

"Got a basic mani and pedi (no polish) a couple weeks ago. The staff was friendly, but I wasn't happy about my pedicure. I got clipped a couple of times with the cuticle cutters (and bled a little) and had to go back myself to smooth out my feet at home. The service felt rushed and half done. Hopefully they improve to slow down a little bit."

"Rather disappointing. I used to have my nails done here years ago before we moved away. Went back for first time last week and the lady did a horrible job. She cut me three times while doing my nails. I told her several time while she was doing them that she was burning me. My nails are lifting and it has only been a week. Plus there are bumps and lumps all over. Unfortunately will have to look for another place and have redone. Sad as I really liked this salon before."

A slower, more considered approach could prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Equally important is cultivating an environment of friendly customer service. We come to salons like yours seeking a tranquil, warm escape from our daily routine. Unfriendly or rushed service undermines this experience and leaves a lasting negative impression. "I had a great experience with Diva Nails. My actual nail had cracked and my tip on top was pulling at it, so I was in a lot of pain and couldn't make it to my normal nail salon. I didn't have an appointment and was seen right away. Kim helped me with a fill and a design. I showed her a photo and said I wanted something similar. Kim asked me my preference between glitter and foil and explained which she would use and why. She then gave me a recommendation between using nude pink vs clear, because over time the clear will yellow. I loved how she provided me with input but also put a personal spin on the final product. I found Kim to be very helpful and absolutely loved the final product. I've received compliments from three people so far! I will definitely be going back again!"
