Product flaked off after less than one week after application. Crystal was extremely helpful and sent me replacement product and sealer so I can complete the job myself. She also made sure I had the technical support needed for the product."

"Their product (a rubberized base paint product) that is supposed to reduce energy costs up to 22% , warranted against chipping, flaking and fading AND PREVENTS WOOD ROT. My exterior is now loaded with wood rot. Took them a sample to test. They said their subcontractor (THAT THEY HIRED TO DO THE JOB) applied it incorrectly and is now out of business and therefore they have no liability. I am looking at an expensive repair job. Under no circumstances would I have ANY dealings with Tex-Cool Cote products. Litigation may be on the horizon for this Panama City, FL. Business"
