"I arrived at 930pm and someone was already shouting they were almost closing more than once as I was looking around. After I went to check out this lady the cashier was on her phone not aknowledging me after she was done I had to add another item which I told her and she didn't hear me because she was on her phone. I had to tell her again to add this item and she grabbed it rudely and checked it in and went back to her phone ...as I was paying not even looking at me all the time with her eyes down on her phone. Then I asked her if I can use the keys for the bathroom and she said no and I go what and she said my boss says no to anybody using restroom after 930pmduring all that time not even looking at me..very rude person..never going to that sore in Parker..the one in Callaway on 22 are very friendly...they lost all our family business."

"Do you even care who you hire as a representative/cashier in y'all store. no smile, barely no good morning how are you? It was the moodiness for me. too early in the morning. who gets up and decides that they're going to be moody and bring that weird vibe to work. I don't know adults who do that !"

"Staff was very rude I brought my service dog in while I shopped and the workers there stated that he needed to have on a vest when he returned. They stated it was state law. ADA doesn't require me to produce what they requested and I under no circumstance could have shopped without my service dog I have epilepsy and I felt they should research more before assuming it's required I am required to have my dog on a leash due to my disability I carry him and he alerts me. Shame on them!!"
