"I stopped in to get a new gallon of paint to add to a project completed a year ago. I was met by a gentleman who did not have a name tag but has some physical challenges.-he was great and very helpful. Then came Jake and he proceeded to tell me that I was out of luck and came up 100 reasons why painting one wall and doing some touch ups was not going to happen. Rude and just didn't want to help. If he mentioned one more time I could go to ACE, I would have heard it enough!"

"If you are looking for incredible customer service at a paint store then I highly recommend the Niceville Sherwin-Williams paint store. I am writing this review because the customer service Lisa has given us is nothing short of incredible. She has helped us sort through every possible gray or white color in the inventory with a smile and absolute professionalism. She knows a lot about paint and will always take time to show you what the different types look like. For example, I wasn’t sure about putting a satin or semi-gloss finish on my cabinets, and she offered to show me the difference by putting my desired color on two pieces of paper. No matter how busy the store is she never makes us feel rushed and fields basic questions about how to put sample paint on the wall. Thank you Lisa!"

"Used this store when we first moved here three years ago. Never had problem with either the staff or the paint. It's now time to repaint the house so I took my daughter there yesterday to pick a color for her room , had it mixed and the young women bought the cans out in a big paint box. This morning I'm ready to paint, so when I unpacked I noticed this can which was in the bottom of the box. She sold me damage goods. I was wondering why she was smiling when we were leaving, now I know. If this is what they do now I'll spend my money some place else. UPDATE 7/12/19 Contacted the customer service rep, he is going to rectify the issue that I had at this Sherwin-Williams. Thank you very much Jeff"
