"This is how awesome FWBC is. They are quality, quality, QUALITY!!! I have used them for years at my office (mostly for putting glass tops on my desks). I bought a new house a little over a year ago. I didn't know it at the time, but they installed the glass doors to the shower (it's really a huge shower and needs a massive glass door). A few months ago, I noticed that the wood molding to my closet (next to the shower) was disintegrating. I called my home builder who referred me back to FWG Company, who installed the glass doors in the shower originally. They came out to examine this week and said they would be out next week to fix it. They also said, even though, it was outside the warranty period, they would fix it free of charge. I was ready to pay for the resealing, even though i didn't think i should have to, and you completely absolved me of having to make that choice. "Started the process of getting a glass shower door in July. Was told 2 weeks from final measurements as my solid surfaces were not in yet. From final measurements, it took 5 installation attempts over 4 months to finish the project. Measurements taken were wrong so the glass didn't fit. I was offered a 20% discount to make it right. The glass was cut wrong by their supplier an additional two times so it didn't fit the shower, and I was offered additional discounts for the trouble. By the fourth installation attempt, it fit but it was scratched. Fifth time was the charm, but still had to ask them to install molding to cover the space between glass and solid surface bench, and had to clean up clear silicon after the job was done. Was told after attempt 3 that they would talk about the job being gratis due to such a terrible experience. The day after final installation (mid- November), I got a call from accounting asking to pay the remainder of the full balance. I called and objected and was told they would discuss how to best settle up after Thanksgiving. Their final offer, let it go at price paid which was the 50% deposit. That is not the 60% I was offered along the way OR the refund that I was told would be discussed. Short version; if you want your job done right and on schedule, go someplace else."
