JOANN Fabric and Crafts

"Never had any issues with this store until today. My wife called twice and was put on hold. The first time was over 10 mins. ,and the phone hung up. The second time was over 5 mins. , and the phone hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. The woman said, she is the assistant and asked what do I need. So I told her what happened to my wife , and instead of defusing the situation she snapped back at me stating, " she was not hung-up on" . To cut to the chase. She eventually blamed it on the phone system , and was still rude. There's other store , but I won't give my business to this one ,again."

"I hate to do this because the store itself was pretty cool. It was my first time ever being there…but the lady working the register today on 01/02/2023 was extremely rude to me. I simply stood at the register and waited politely until she looked over at me to ask her where the jewelry making hemp was. I wasn’t rushing her or anything. And she looked at me with pure DISGUST and said “they’re back there…there’s like 4 rows of it.” In the most condescending way that I wanted to yell at her and cuss her out for talking to me that way in front of a LINE of customers. She really had me heated…to the point where I was going to purchase a lot of hemp and beads for jewelry making. (They have a good selection) to me not wanting to give this company a dime of my money. Joann’s….y’all need to work on customer service skills with that one. Idk her name but she was like middle aged with blonde looking hair."

"Semi organized throughout the store. (Mostly the fabric section)The store is a bit small for all the items that they have in there. Overall the staff was friendly but seemed to be short staff. The clearance section is still a bit high."

"Great selection of fabrics and all the things necessary for crafts from woodworking to scrapbooking. Sales items are in two different places but you can find more discounted items thorough the store."
