"The crews and Project Mgmt did a very good job on the 4-day rebuild of my damaged AC room. They showed-up on time, had the proper materials, and skilled craftsmen. They all worked safely and professionally. Project Mgmt set my expectations, properly oriented the craftsmen, pointed-out proper safety measures, and kept me informed of project progress. "Ponderosa Builders I would never recommend them to work on a house again. In my case I felt pretty much out of the loop as to what was going on, it was a insurance claim for my home, the sun room lots of water damage to ceiling and the roof was re-shingled which that crew did a good job, except for breaking my outside water filter system, tarp was over it for protection, shingles landed on it and broke it but they did fix it. The inside of the house, water spots, the foyer, living room dining room were all painted but the paint ended up showing yellow instead of white and water spots were still there, showing through, worse than before, so it had to be totally re-done. When the roofing was to be done, the shingles were not even delivered for the crew, the supervisor had come out to check and saw no shingles, I had to call Ponderosa and let the office know and she called the shingle people. This company did not have their ducks in a row for this job. The owner wanted them out of here as quick as he could. The vinyl siding that he thought was a great idea for the sun room ceiling as for no yearly painting, the "J" strips used to hold it up, tie it together, is not holding in one area and this was done about 3 months ago! I called Mark with Ponderosa and he just could not figure out what I was talking about, I emailed him a couple pictures and never heard back from him again. He had told me prior to the pictures that they were leaving it, not going to fix it. And they are supposed to have a 3 year warranty!!! They don't hold to their end of the deal, Connie Harris Century, FL I contacted Mark about the vinyl in the sun room and he asked if I would send him the photos I had taken that I was having issue with so I emailed those to the email he had given me and did not hear or get a response back from him. I had been told by Raymond the guy who installed that ceiling that Ponderosa was not going to fix it, and that the owner Greg said he was not going to call me back that day. Never did hear back from Greg on that issue, so I am presuming they do not stand by their warranty or customer satisfaction! And the day in question that Raymond had been sent back up here was because the vinyl had come loose along the kitchen area and was drooping, shabby workmanship that should have been fixed right in the first place."
