"There was a lot of lack of communication from day one. Contractors showed up to my house unannounced and were told they were scheduled. I tried to tell them that I was not informed about them coming and even told their boss that i didnt know it and his reply was that they didnt have anything to do with the schedule. I had to cancel all my appointments for that day. While the contractors were here every time I had them correct something, they were always hesitant to correct it on the spot. On the day of installation, they didn't use any vacuum to suck up all the dust while grinding the cement so all my smoke alarms went off, and the whole house was covered in dust. Wrong tiles were also installed, but it was the manufacturers fault for having no bevel on the tiles. Since I didn't want to deal with the dust again, I said it's fine. After the installation, I've noticed some tiles bounce way too much like it's about to pop off. Quarter rounds didn't look professionally cut. Also, the foam under the carpet leading to my kids' rooms was stripped back to where the nails came in contact with the carpet if stepped on. Omar did send them to correct the tiles and they had to glue the tiles. Also, from prying to correct it tiles got bent up on edges, and it is very noticeable. I was told that he will give me a call back to schedule but it has been 3 weeks."
