"I got roll down security doors for my business from Fortified Windows and the same company that installs them but under a different company name, Storm Tech. These shutters are not working properly and I've been calling every day to have them repaired but they don't know how to repair their own products!!! They keep lying to me, saying they'll have a repair technician call me back and come out to fix them... but this has been going on for MANY months and nobody has called even once to try to come fix them!!!!! Now, when I call the manager, Leigh, is yelling at me, being very unprofessional and extremely rude!!! I now refer to the owner as Tony full of balony! Please go ANYWHERE ELSE to get your roll down or ANY window coverings!!!!! This company is BAD BUSINESS and I'm going to have to file a law suit now!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!"

"I didn't even want to leave one star! Fortified windows is the worst experience I've ever had with a business. I don't understand how you can sell things that you have no idea how to maintain or fix if there is a problem. We have been trying to get someone to fix this for months. Either you can't get anybody on the phone when you have questions or it's an AWFUL experience if you do!! I finally got someone on the phone and not only did she not have any idea how to fix the product they sold me, but on top of that she (Leah, who is SUPPOSED TO BE THE MANAGER) was SO rude and hung up on me multiple times! She was yelling at me and they still haven't sent anyone out to try to find the problem. Save your time and money and do not use this company!!!!!!!! THEY CAN'T FIX THEIR OWN STUFF AND NOBODY ELSE KNOWS HOW TO EITHER!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!"
