They don't listen to you and talk over you rude as hell. Don't buy anything here either. Outrageous prices. They treat you like you are the enemy. "I rented a paint sprayer. Took it home it didn't work. They tried to trouble shoot over the phone an hour later I brought it back. They didn't have another one. So I got a refund. I was told I could wait while they tried to fix it. Why did they not check to make sure it worked before I picked it up. I wasted almost 3 hrs dealing with them. I don't recommend."

"I wanted my experience to be good but I don't like being lied to. When I reserved a piece of equipment to be picked up on Friday they told me if I picked it up Friday morning it would be a 2 day rental to be returned at the end of the weekend but if I picked it up Friday afternoon before they close it would only be a one day rental. So of course I got all my help lined up showed up to pick up my piece of equipment friday afternoon as agreed and was told it was now going to be a 2 day rental fee. That's just no way to do business fellas you can't be lying to people."
