"This is our second job with Stone Age and (obviously) we were pleased enough to let them 'take on' another major project. First the kitchen and now the master bath. Make no mistake.. you should monitor everything and everyone for misunderstandings and mistakes. It is impossible to get everything down on paper and 'passed along' to the people actually doing the work. Dan and Vince immediately corrected any issues we brought up and their mantra is certainly the "customer is always right", unless they explained (politely) that we were wrong. No problems increasing or reducing the scope of the project along the way. Dan was always very prompt with a new work order detailing and re pricing the job. Stone Age's showroom and display of product is stunning, possibly 'thanks to Dan's wife & daughter', whose names escape me right now. Probably enough for now. We are please with both projects and we are not people that are easily satisfied."
