She's Not Here Nail Spa

"This establishment is so poorly managed. I had an appointment on Black Friday for two pedicures, a full set with art, and a fill. We arrive to the shop with no lights on and doors locked at 11 in the morning. No one is answering the phone, and I reached out to them on multiple social media platforms. After a half an hour of nothing, we took our business elsewhere. I was finally contacted on Instagram by someone (I wasn't given a name) who apologized for the inconvenience (got no reason why we were left standing outside)and promised a free service in the future. I decided that it was time to cash in on that offer and attempted to reach them through the same platform that I was reached on (Instagram). That was three days ago. I have now called several times and there has been no one at the store to answer, not has anyone responded to the message. I know Christmas was yesterday, so of course I didn't call then. People deserve to spend the holiday with loved ones, but this is ridiculous. I'll never take my business here again."

"My first time here and I absolutely love it! Ladies this is the place to be! The staff makes you feel like a superstar! You want to be pampered and have a nice glass of wine with laughs and great company this is your place! Wonderful friendly and talented staff!! The owner Kristin is so sweet and friendly! I had Mia who is amazing! She does amazing nail art which I will get on my next visit. Please go check this place out!"

"I just finished getting a gel manicure... The table I sat at was dirty. I could feel and see debris on the surface. The lady doing my nails seemed to be rushing for no reason. My appointment was at 10:30am but I came with my mother like 10 minutes early and nobody else was in the salon beside the lady doing my manicure and 2 other nail techs. She brought up my acne trying to sell other services but it just made me uncomfortable. She used polish with bristles that were frayed. She only put cuticle oil on one hand and hardly because I think the product was running out. When she swiped it on my white nails there was black residue left behind. She tried to file nail polish off my skin and then used a cuticle cutter to cut it off. I tried expressing what I didn't like and she tried saying it was my dry skin. Then said she could put on another coat. I paid and left. I think the pictures speak for themselves."

"I ended up getting my initial set removed and something else done because it was my first time and I realized it wasn't what I wanted, but it was entirely my fault. The ladies were super kind and understanding and I'm so thankful for them for bearing with me! Will definitely be returning :)"
