"I hate leaving bad reviews but I am so disappointed . I got my nails done with gel and the same day 2 of my nails chipped. I went in the next day to have them fixed and the same day they chipped again… I went in AGAIN… so 2 days in a row and the next day 3 of my nails chipped and the gel just basically came right off . This isn’t even a week…. I will never go back here ."

"I went in a few days ago to get a manicure and although it turned out nice, it felt very rushed. Also, when I first walked in I had to wait like 5 minutes before anyone talked to me even though I was the only customer waiting in line. Plus, there were probably 3 other people getting pedicures on the other side of the store... so it was not busy at all. During my manicure, I also saw one of the employees vaping inside the store which I found unprofessional. I go here often and my visits are usually enjoyable, but I was unable to feel relaxed because I felt rushed."

"I got a pedicure on Thursday 10/12, you can see how fresh the pedicure is for proof and by Sunday 10/15 my toe has started to look like this. I’ve been to 3 doctors and have a podiatrist appointment tomorrow 10/18 to hopefully get some answers for this issue. I’ve had an antibiotic shot, 800mg ibuprofen, and oral antibiotics. More than likely will have to get my nail removed. They DO NOT sanitize their tools properly & this is the result of that. I’m out $150 in copays for doctors visits. I would recommend going elsewhere for services. The amount of pain I am in is 10/10. The doctor said today the chances of me losing my toe is “slim, but not impossible”. I’m terrified."

"I want to start by saying Hannah did a great job on my pedicure. Once I got in the chair of the nail tech(a guy but I don't know his name, seat 12). He was very unprofessional, rude and then refused to finish my nails because I calmly and respectfully said that I wasn't coming back. He advised me to cut my natural nails down and add a tip. I declined and stated that I always just get the acrylic over my natural nails. He said he don't do that so I said fine just do a fill in and I'll just get a new set the next time I get my nails done. From that point he seemed upset and was contemplating if he still was going to them. I told the owner that I wasn't coming back and the owner said he can't make the nail tech do my nails if he doesn't want to and the owner doesn't do nails so I just left after paying for my pedicure. This is the 2nd time I received bad service here. I did not curse or raise my voice not once...please do not try to deflect on the unprofessional treatment I received only bc I told the tech I would not be coming back. Yes you offered another tech and also said it would be another wait. Hence the reason I said I would continue with the current tech bc I had already waited for him for about 15 to 20 mins. Just do better and not let your staff's ego get in the way of business."
