"I have been getting my nails done for the better part of 20 years, and never in that time have my nails looked worse than when I went in today. The acrylic is uneven, the color wasn’t the one I wanted, the color is peeling off immediately. Every time I look down at my hands, I find something else they messed up on. Not to mention the lady who did my nails didn’t say a single word to me the entire time. I cried in my car after because I paid and left, not wanting to cause a scene. But I will never go in there again. I’m sorry to say, because I used to go when it was owned by other people all the time. But this was the last straw. Horrible, horrible job."
