"I recently took a cruise in Miami, and it was an experience I'd rather forget. The moment we boarded, it was chaos. The cabin was dirty, with remnants of the previous guest's stay still lingering. The air conditioner was more of a heater, making it impossible to escape the Miami heat. The food? Let's just say I've had better meals at a gas station. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than assisting passengers. To cap it off, the "scenic" route included views of industrial ports and murky waters. Definitely not the paradise advertised."

"An unbelievable cruise ! Well worth it. Alex gave us great service welcoming us on board . Good size ship with excellent music. The Tour guide was excellent and show us where all the famous people live .This photo is Jlo’s mansion. Randy all took care of us made sure we got on the boat on time . Great service . "My mom & I booked the 90 minute sunset cruise for my birthday, and ended up running late for the boat, we called and spoke to Ernesto & with Randy and were absolutely impressed, they did all they could to assist us and even held the boat a few extra minutes for us, unfortunately due to our Uber and a language barrier we still ended up missing the boat however due to the kindness and hospitality that were offered by Randy, Ernesto, we actually booked a LATER flight when we were supposed to fly out the next day just to be able to go on the boat & support Miami Skyline Cruises! I was greeted with 2 special birthday gifts that were left for me the night before, and treated like i was a part of the family on multiple occasions. Me and my mom were absolutely impressed and will never choose another boat ride company any time we go to Miami!
