"Scam scam scam!!! Do not call these people. Their number comes up when you do a search for TAP airlines, that’s who I thought I was speaking to when I called, they told me my flight was cancelled and they would credit me 140 dollars, well they charged me 140 dollars and then when I called back they said it would be refunded and it was not. My flight was never cancelled or changed, and the charge shows up as word anime on my bank. I called several times and was given other phone numbers to call and the man from word anime had no idea what I was talking about. Blatant thieves!!! I reported to the bbb and will be filing a police report when I get back in the USA"
