"This place will steal your money!! I am writing this review on behalf of my husband. Absolutely do not use this company, we have been fighting with them for a month trying to get a ticket reimbursement due to a medical accident and we provided proof they ASK FOR they have no desire to help and keep giving us the run around! DO NOT USE THEM they will blame the airline and say they will help you and they don’t. They will also say this review is invalid because it doesn’t say my husbands name. I emailed them like they advised to it’s been over 48 hours no response!!!! They are thief's!!! Read the reviews people these guys will steal your money!!! Update: 2-18-24 they are full aware of who we are, we have emailed and talked to them constantly. Now we found out the airlines have refunded our money to them and they still refuse to refund us blaming it on the airline. I’ve emailed them twice, no response. People this company is a scam!!! Thieves and liars!! Don’t use them!!"

"I bought tickets today and now I am very concerened that I have been ripped off. I bought two tickets RT for 804.00, then received a call from a rep, offering for just 71.00 a non stop flight to mexico. changed my mind and wanted my original tickets back to be told that now they are NO LONGER available - it had been 10 minutes. So how do I confirm that I do in fact have TWO tickets????? I am sto disgusted in myself for letting this happen."

"DON'T BUY THICKET FROM THIS WEBSITE. The worst experience that I ever had. I bought the ticket way more expensive than the usual price because the info in the time of purchasing the ticket wasn't clear at the time that I bought my ticket. The currency isn't shown on the page, they offered an insurance of 100$ for full cancellation which they never approve. I forced to pay form my checked in baggage. In overall, I can say this site just trying to sell cheap tickets and try to make profit from it."

"Very bad experience! I booked a flight months in advance to attend a wedding. Flying from Ottawa to Calgary. Received several emails confirming my flight. When I tried to check in on line I could not. When I contacted Fleek I was told my flight was the next day! Not acceptable. We are attending a wedding and had to be there on a certain day. And my call was dropped 3 times and 4 times I called back. I was also told I would get a call back within 2 hours, which I did not, which prompted a 5th phone call. How does this happen!? And why was I not notified?! Will not use again!!! My flight has been rescheduled to the following day. To the credit of the company I was contacted by Marco, Manager for online reputation who at least offered to try and help. They have offered to assume the cost of one traveler, which certainly helps as this is only the first leg of our trip. I still have disregard for the employees who I dealt with, excepting the gentleman who called today."
