"It's been over ten years since I've been to a nail salon like this one! The reason why is most nail places I feel pressured into getting things I don't want and my manicure and pedicures are always rushed. But not at Top Nails! They are very welcoming and pleasant! I got a pedicure and acrylic nails. I was only asked once what I wanted and they did exactly just what I asked for. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The service they provide is definitely worth the price! Definitely recommend and will be going back!"

"I came down to Florida to visit my family. I live in Texas where I get amazing nails done. As we all know we are women and Our favorite thing to do to make us feel beautiful is get our nails done. I walked in and the customer service started out wonderful. I told her I needed a new set because I wanted them pretty long and I needed them to be coffin shaped and I like them medium thick due to the length! They were so thick they were hurting my nail beds and the shape is clearly round. When she put the gel polish on my nails they all the sudden became round. I went back and asked her to reshape them.. SHE HANDED ME THE NAIL FILE TO RESHAPE MY OWN NAILS plus got extremely mad when I told her I did not have the strength to shape my own nails obviously that’s why we get them done in a nail salon. She sat me down and aggressively grabbed my hand and filed the side of my nails so hard that she pulled every bit of paint off the sides and I told her is there anyway you can repaint and she told me No! As I am a paying customer I should have got what I asked for and I even tipped her. I had to leave and go to another nail salon down the street where they were so professional and even told me that my hands looks like eagle talons (round) And that she did not even file them down and they could tell she did not shape them at all. They did a semi fix and did not even charge me!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL LOOKING NAILS!"
