I was trying to check out and the other lady was cutting me off trying to talk to me while the lady I was working was talking to talk to me. If it was busy I understand but it wasn’t busy. "This is my first time ever leaving a review for Ulta, I haven’t always had the best experiences here BUT I had the sweetest young woman help me and made it my best experience ever. Aniece is absolutely the sweetest and most helpful person to help me at any makeup store. She took her time to really try and find the perfect foundation for me, not only to color match, but also the type of foundation for my again skin. I even had a few moments where I was being negative about my skin and the fact that I was basically in my pajamas lol…but she was so kind about everything and reminded me to be nicer to myself and to remember to love myself. You can tell that she truly cares about people and genuinely wants to help. I wanted to make sure I left a review so that hopefully her managers know how amazing she is! She is so beautiful and has such a beautiful soul, she truly made my day and like I said she not only helped me and took her time…she also was so kind to me and reminded me to be kinder to myself…and that means more than anything else!!! "Nova did my makeup for both a holiday party and my birthday and she made me feel so beautiful both times. I really enjoy conversing with her during the process as well. Also, Brittany helped me find a really good Dermalogica skin routine. Today someone at work complimented my skin and how much better it’s looking. That’s thanks to Brittany! Love this location!"

"Came in to take advantage of the jumbo love sale for hair care along with using my birthday perks as I am a Platinum rewards member. Everything was great and a young woman who assisted me on the sales floor was fantastic until I made it to check out. When checking out I went to pull up the app and show my barcodes and unfortunately they were not loading as I explained what I was trying to pull up the sales associate Stacie was very short with me after managing to confirm that it was my birthday she simply stated my total and seemed annoyed that I was trying to bring up my coupon . After watching me attempt to reboot the app for a few moments she recommend I try a different section of the app dedicated to general store coupons. I did find a coupon that was a lesser amount off than the specific birthday promotion I was sent. She also asked me if I was receiving emails and when I informed her I was not she brushed the statement off and again stated my final total. Although I have had amazing experiences in the past it just sadly made a special day feel very hollow."

"Went in to Ulta for the first time and because of the sales associate I’ll definitely be back. The lady named Aniece ( beautiful petite African American lady ) helped me find so many things that I needed based on an assessment she did for me. I found the perfect color match and she also told me about a personalized skin care routine. She also recommended this beautiful lipstick that my fiancé loved. I also found some perfumes. Even though I don’t think she’s bilingual I saw her trying her hardest communicating with someone who didn’t speak English. She made my first experience great. The store was intimidating at first being 42 and never wearing makeup or knowing anything about proper skincare products but Aniece, kudos! Thank you."
