"I’m absolutely astonished. I got my nails done today well my toenails and I normally come here all the time and get really good pedicures… well I don’t know what was different about today other than the fact that I needed a a gel polish change… there is literally white all in my skin like I just cannot believe this. Then when I tried to show the owners who I’m actually cool with any of known for a while, they acted like nothing was wrong with my toes so y’all can judge from the pictures that I’m going to post."

"Everyone was really nice in the salon was nice but the nails that I received were absolutely horrible. Not only did my nail tech touch my nails before they were dry and left indentions I had to have two redone because of this and then I had to come back the next day because the Polish wasn't completely dry before he sent me out so it started bubbling and coming up an hour after I left. My nails were also uneven and not straight and just overall looked way too raised and clumpy. They tried to tell me that black was too hard to do when I've never had an issue getting black done anywhere else. My nails literally lasted only 2 weeks actually at 12 days they started coming up and had to be soaked off. Pretty disappointed because I was recommended this shop by quite a few I'm glad they had better experiences than me because at this point this was probably one of my worst nail experiences,period. A+ for staff and A+ for atmosphere but definitely an F for the nails themselves."

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon. I came in and got the best pedicure you can buy, and got acrylic fill on my toes with gel polish. My toes look worse than they did when I came in, it looks like my 2 year old nephew painted them. She used the nail drill on my skin around my toenails trying to correct the mistake of the cured gel on my skin and left me with open wounds that have now turned into scabbing. All around a terrible place to get your toes done. Paid 100$ just for me to hide my toes for the next 2 weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
