"Former Employee: If you don't want the owner yelling at you all day, the supervisor standing behind you watching your every step, and getting permission to go to the bathroom DON'T WORK HERE! The environment in the call room is very toxic. The training is insufficient and they expect you to learn the job and be at the level of veteran agents within the first week. It takes time to learn a new job, so their performance metrics are very unrealistic. I was sitting next to the supervisor and would help out with different call assignments. One day I come in and he moved my seat, and replaced me with another new agent. I was getting sales and I was still fired! They would accuse me of "wondering off," but I was only going to the bathroom! They force you into being excessively aggressive, and use coercive sales tactics to get customers to give up the credit card number. There is definitely a case of gross misrepresentation in this company. Shame! SMH!"

"They are also known as Family dream getaway and they radio commercials tricking you that you won and all inclusive package for 299. They trick you into buying vacation packages with alot of hidden charges that they won’t disclose upfront. Once you activate the 200+ usd plus certificate that’s when you find out you have to pay over 500 USD in charges."

"Why is this place say closed??? I peak my head in the build to tell him sick need to get tested. workers are rude and manager as well. I stayed home sick he fired me. They don’t care NYC, Richmond,Texas, Baltimore and more please run. I could of had Covid or some fired me … people won’t say fraud because of the pay"
