"I have mostly had good experiences with this group but I recently called to ask some questions about an international flight and when I said I wasn’t ready to book yet the person I was speaking to literally hung up on me. Not even a “call us back if you need more help” or “have a nice day.” I was just trying to get some questions answered and didn’t really get a great amount of help."

"Reached out via email regarding a potential European trip. Was told someone would reach out to me to schedule a call back time. With repeated calls and emails it has been one month and no one ever gets back to you. Plenty of other agencies out there to use instead of wasting time."

"Went in to get information on Italy tours. The staff didn’t even asked us to sit down. Immediately started telling me how much was my budget and then proceeded to give me old brochures and that they were really busy. Minor information on Italy and discourage to go to one of the cities I wanted to go to. One look at us and I guess they didn’t think we have enough for our plans. Won’t go there again."
