"Needless to say, do not work with Keka's if you want an agency that actually helps reduce your stress, actually books tickets for you, and actually answers your questions. Basically, they do nothing a travel agency is supposed to help with. Not only did they NOT book my tickets to Chile (after sending me a confirmation email), but they didn't have an explanation, plan to fix their mistake, or real apology. Thus, I unknowingly showed up to the airport on the day of my trip WITHOUT a ticket. Luckily, there was one ticket left so I purchased it on my own. Honestly, it was cheaper than booking through the agency. When I emailed Keka's about the mistake, it took them DAYS to get back to me. On the day I was going home from Chile, I called American Airlines just to make sure everything was okay and for some reason Keka's had gone in to CANCEL my return flight (which I bought on my own without their help), forcing me to pay for additional seating. That's twice I was left without tickets to get where I was supposed to go. I can only image the stress should I have not been able to remedy their mistakes and missed some important event like a family reunion or wedding. Overall, I would not recommend working with Keka's ever. They are highly unprofessional and unresponsive."

"Where do I begin?? We had an awful experience with a truly incompetent company. My father booked a trip for the whole family (6 of us with my brother and I's significant others) via Kekas. We got confirmation of 6 tickets, yet Kekas only paid for 5 of them using my fathers information. 1.) At the airport, my girlfriend had to buy her own separate set of tickets to and from Chile. Kekas had only paid for 5/6 tickets (how does that happen???), leaving my girlfriend without tickets to Chile. 2.) Upon emailing/calling the agency, we got NO RESPONSE regarding their screw up until half a week later. 3.) Upon trying to check in remotely the morning of our return flight, American Airlines informs us that Kekas had CANCELED MY GIRLFRIENDS ITINERARY. This is the independent one she purchased, after Kekas had failed to do their job. AA had to switch our flights over (luckily waving the fees). 4.) With no normal seating left, we were forced to buy seats on the plane costing us even more money. Throughout this whirlwind of a travel week, not only did Kekas make our trip unnecessarily stressful, but their customer service was atrocious as well. Not even a sincere sorry, a phone call explaining what happened, a check in to make sure our flights were okay. Never again will we use this agency, and we recommend anyone aiming for a relaxing vacation stay far away from Kekas."

"My husband and I booked a trip to Greece over the summer last year and everything went very smoothly. We booked our own flight but we did our iterinery through Keka’s Travel. Someone was always on time to meet us and take us where we needed to be. The hotels they chose were nice too. Would book my next trip through them again!"
