"During my trip I was denied pre booked make up and hair service because she overbooked herself, and I had to insist for weeks to receive a refund. Things are very badly organized and the people within this group have bad attitudes because of it. The activities planned got in the way of my family being together and the outcome of them wasn’t even worth while. Maggie’s cold demeanor and arrogant personality made my families celebration unnecessarily negative and I would not recommend this travel group to anyone."
