"It has been the worst experience of my life and unfortunately my first trip to Europe. I chose to travel with Mena Travel-Mapa Plus thinking about the comfort and safety that this tour could offer me and my family and it turned out to be a nightmare. The hotels were supposed to be of superior category 4 and 5 stars, and the service in them has been of the worst quality. The package plus is rubbish, the meals have been of the worst quality, even threatening our health because we got food poisoning at the hotel in Granada and after that the trip turned into a disaster. Several people on the tour got sick, not just me and my family. Given all this, there was a lot of inconsideration and disorganization on the part of the guides and the agency, who did not even care about our health and well-being during the days we traveled. I do not recommend the use of this type of services for anything or anyone, I will never take a tourist package again for this reason. I think the agency should compensate us for what happened."
