"This company is ran very poorly. As an insider I got hazed by the manager Felix. I was also retaliated against him when I informed him that I did not want to drive a company vehicle as I did not feel safe due to the recent car accident I was involved in I think I may have a little PTSD but he did not want to understand that and remove me from the schedule. That is a OSHA infraction. I asked the owner Bill Hoyt for a raise four different occasions at each different occasion he informed me that the company is not doing too well However new employees would be making More money than me with less experience I spent over 6 months at the company at $9.50 an hour ask for a raise eventually got 10 and then I asked for a raise when they want me to drive the truck He did not give it to me. The older employees at this company are extremely lazy including Felix himself and they will make you do the work majority of the work if you are younger like I am they lack professionalism they like values and every Monday you'll have to hear Bill hoyt's speech about how important it is to do a good job on these properties and he also preaches about religion which made me extremely uncomfortable. I would give this company zero stars However it is not possible so that is the only reason why I gave this company one star I hope you never work for this Man"
