"It’s a scam company . I made the reservation online , I have received just 1 message with a number stating that in1 hour , someone from the “ concern department “ will call me . I get a phone call 2 hours later from someone with a heavy Indian accent , stating that my return flight unfortunately doesn’t have my tickets and I need to upgrade to another class . I refused and asked for full refund . They said that tickets are already issued for departing flight hence no refund ( credit card was not processed yet ). I refused and asked for cancellation . He again refused to do so, and stated that for 100 dollars extra , I ll get the tickets . I threaten that I ll call my credit card company and report them for scam. They send an email that they couldn’t process my request . Stay away from them . They are scammers ."

"The worst ever I wish I can't put negative starts; they showed me the price on the web then call me say the price go up and if i don't want it I still have to pay (can't cancel) the rep was so bad! I wish I have never gone to this justairticket. I will make sure everybody knows about this problem. PS: I do record the conversation between me, and the rep Will post it online make sure everyone know."

"Be aware!! They are scammers. Booked a one way flight for $ 626.00 on their website. Got the verification call about 20 minutes later. They wanted to sell me the return flight also, what I declined. Then the agent gave me a price of $ 780.00 instead of $ 626.00 like advertised on their website. When I asked why, he said that is the price. I didn't accept this price and wanted to hang up. Then he said he wanted to talk to his supervisor. A couple minutes later he offered me $ 675.00 what I declined as well. Again, be aware!!"

"Tony Woods tried to up sell me immediately saying basic economy is now on a waiting list. He did bump me to the “next available section” for an additional cost. I told him to cancel it. While on the phone he emailed me telling me to respond to it stating that I agree and authorize the charge. I responded with exactly the opposite. He then said the protection bundle I paid for was nonrefundable. He argued back and forth with me and I finally hung up."

"Junk Website never try to book through them. I booked through them and got a call in 15min and they are asking me to pay extra charge(more than the actual price the airline is charging). I paid 1332$ and they are asking me to pay 1490$. When I opted for cancellation they started upselling me saying that this is for standard economy(which the airline does not have) and also tried to offer me discount for 1420$. They also charged 35$ to cancel and claim this to be airline fee when airline clearly states no cancellation fee when cancelled within 24 hours. Do not fall into this trap."
