"Tran Le is one of the agent that scammed she went with us on the cruise to Alaska she agreed to paid back thats why i trusted her to using my credit card and paid everything !! Couple weeks haven’t hear anything and then she said she just want to go free doesn’t wanna pay back !! she’s not professional!! I do not recommend this agent if you dont wanna lose your money all she wants free trips and get commissions other than that she doesn’t care anything else !!! "I was so disappointed and really upset with the agent ( Her name Le Tran) that go with me on the cruise. She was using my credit card to pay for her trip and she said she will payback after. The cost is $2379/each person . But after that trip she never payback and talk so many kind of things that waist my time. When I ask for my booking confirmation she don’t want to give me either. This is so ridiculous."
