"Had an excursion booked for a small glass boat ride in Cabo San Lucas. The weather was bad and there was Hurricane Adrian was in the forecast. I arrived on Carnival Panorama Cruise ship. When we got there, Carnival cancelled allowing anyone off the cruise ship d/t it being unsafe for us the use tender boats to get to Cabo. Requested refund for this excursion d/t not being able to get off cruise ship and the weather conditions. They refused to give me a refund. Poor customer service. Will never use them again"

"I'm sorry cuz I can't put 0 Stars! This is the worst tour company ever. I scheduled to tours they took my money and then after they took my money cancel the tours! Because they couldn't provide wheelchair transportation after telling me that they were wheelchair accessible. When I ask for my money back because they couldn't accommodate me they said it would take five to seven business days. My trip would be over by then so they had all the money I had to spend an entertainment and couldn't get it back to me until after my trip was over with. Meaning I would have to sit in the hotel for my entire trip. Like I said worst tour company ever! After I complain long enough they said they would try to get my money faster to me but it was my bank's responsibility and then a fight maybe if I contacted by bank I can get it back faster again me doing all the work. After it was all over they sent me an email saying sorry for the inconvenience yours 25% off your next tour with us are you kidding like I would ever trust them again. I strongly suggest that you don't trust them either."
