"Tour Books and maps are a thing of the past. Select few maps are available by pre-order. None are available for the Jacksonville, FL (the largest city in Sq. Mi in the country) or Boston - one of the country's major cities. Their wonderful Tour Books are DIGITAL ONLY. I don't want to read from a small screen on the plane or in the car, nor do I want to flip back and forth on computer screens to read a city map. And especially don't want to flip back and forth on screens from the (in this case non-existent) city map to the Tour Book. The people on the phone are nice, but that doesn't help if the recourses are not available."
